PSM2, or anyone else for that matter from Future aren’t going to come here. Why? Because there's nothing they can say without getting fired by the people that are obviously making them do this in the first place. It's got nothing to do with games & everything to do with sales. Just to prove how good these ‘journalists’ are, one of them (Tim Clark – OPS2) used to work for the smutty Live TV cable channel. Don’t know what it is? Think sex, sex & yes, more sex. Oh and the odd UFO & Bangers’n’smash program too.

This doesn't happen with film mags you know...

The funniest thing I experienced was driving at full pelt in a huge articulated truck into a lamp-post. Now, what would you expect to happen in that situation? What actually happened is that the truck weas bounced off the post, through the air, and landed, facing the other way on the other side of the street, having travelled about 50 meters back down the road, crossed six lanes and span around in mid-air...

Ok...

I'm not butting in this topic too much, but I went down town this morning to find that HMV (in Ipswich) has a demo pod with a Driver 3 demo on the X-Box.

Is the game suppose to have a car that flys?

This young boy simply went fast enough down the road and hit a bench or some kind of object near the bench and the car, quite literally, was flying in the air for like 5 seconds; hitting a few builings but went almost through a chunk of a block.

I don't think the game is quite finished yet. Oh, it is?

I expect to see a flying car if I buy it then?

Woohoo. Supercar.

Confused

Never seen anything like it and have been playing solidly for the past 3 days.

But can anyone actually confirm that's a bug or an easter egg?

Dave, I simply watched the boy playing the game, nothing more.

HMV did indicate it was a demo version of Driver 3, so I don't know whether it was 'an easter egg' or in-game trick/style/bug. I'll think I will patiently wait for Edge and gamesTM reviews before making my mind up on the game.

I am downloading the video link that bimbam has just given me; perhaps it will be the very same think I saw or;

'an easter egg'

Laughing

Sorry Dave.

Can someone working for PSM2 or Xbox World please come onto the forums from their home PC after work (so you can stay anonymous), and explain what's going on? Then we'd know. Cheers!
