WHAT TO SEND US

Send us the media only - that is, the disc or cartridge or tape or whatever, NOT the packaging, manual etc.

Attach a piece of paper including your name and address (or obviously we won't be able to send your replacement/refund), a very short description of the problem with the item (eg "Won't load at all"; "Crashes during playback" etc), and the words "I authorise FairPlay to act on my behalf".
