This went disastrously awry.

I wrote an enormously lengthy and involved description of someone programming the beautifully convincing Atmospheric Victorian Point and Click Adventure 4, with a mind to having them ruin it at the end by beginning each new scene with "Loading... Please Wait" and a big picture of a disk.

Keenly alert gentleman editor Jonathan Davies then pointed out this was exactly the same game crime Stuart had exposed in the first Kangaroo Court.

With mere seconds to rectify my bungling error and thus unable to construct a different Case for the Prosecution exposing the crime of having levels take place inside computers or making monsters look like joysticks, I had to shove a bit on the end implausibly having the programmer decide the Victorian detective could pick up disks and computer chips for bonus points.

And it should have been "Reminding the player it is a computer game."

The longest one and the wrongest one, eh, readers?
