This seems quite closely related to Nnnngh, which I think deserves a category all of its own. Nnnngh was first used by Stu in a review of some porno Backgammon game to imply that the writer, while appearing to dismiss the erotic elements of the game, is in fact nearing some sort of sexual climax.

The initial use of this is made all the more distressing by the fact that the writer (I recall) was JD, who presumably was not aware of this playful addition.
