Lovely little reaction game, very reminiscent of the classic Sega arcade racing game Monaco GP. Wind up the timer and dodge from side to side to avoid collision with the other cars, which have a little ridge sticking out from their bottom-left corners on which to catch your racer. While functionally identical to Pile-Up, the US Moto-Cross is played horizontally rather than vertically, which makes it feel slightly less exciting, since the "action" is moving across, rather than towards, you.
